Peer-Review Policy

All articles will be appraised by two or more reviewers designated by the Editorial Board. The critical review determines the suitability of the paper and its originality, adequacy and conciseness of presentation. The manuscripts are returned to the authors for revision or final polish. After the manuscripts have been accepted, the editors may ask the authors for final changes. Changes, if any, must be made at this time, because no galley proofs are sent to authors.
