वागमती क्षेत्रमा गाइने तिज गीतमा नारीचेतना (Women’s Consciousness in Teej Songs Sung in the Bagmati Region)

Abstract

प्रस्तुत लेखमा वागमती क्षेत्रमा गाइने तिज गीतमा नारीचेतनाको दृष्टिले विश्लेषण गरिएको छ । तिज गीत नारीहरूको व्यक्तिगत, पिडा, सामूहिक भोगाइ र सामाजिक यथार्थलाई अभिव्यक्त गर्ने सशक्त लोकसाहित्यिक विधा हो । वागमती क्षेत्रमा गाइने तिज गीतमा नारीचेतनाको के कस्तो प्रस्तुति रहेको छ भन्ने मूल समस्याको समाधान गर्नु यस लेखको उद्देश्य रहेको छ । यस लेखमा सामग्रीको सङ्कलन क्षेत्रभ्रमण र पुस्तकालयबाट गरिएको छ । तिज गीतको विश्लेषण गर्नका लागि नारी अस्तित्व र मातृत्व शक्तिप्रति गर्व, सामाजिक तथा सांस्कृतिक चेतना, पितृसत्तावादले निम्त्याएका समस्याको प्रस्तुति र विरोधी भाव, शैक्षिक र आर्थिक उत्पीडनको पिडाबोध, नारी उत्पीडन विरोधी चेतना र समतामूलक समाज निर्माणको चाह र स्वतन्त्रताको खोजीलाई सैद्धान्तिक मानदण्डका आधारमा लिइएको छ । सङ्कतिल सामग्रीको विमर्शका लागि पाठविश्लेषण विधिको प्रयोग गरिएको छ । यस लेखमा तिज गीतमा प्रयुक्त नारीको विवाहपछि माइतीसँग टुटेको सम्बन्ध, बालविवाह, घरेलु हिंसा, श्रमशोषण, शिक्षा र अवसरबाट वञ्चितजस्ता समस्याहरू प्रस्तुत भएका छन् । तिज गीतले गुनासो मात्र पोख्दैनन् सामाजिक असमानता र पितृसत्तात्मक संरचनाप्रति पनि प्रतिवाद गर्दछन् । तिज गीतले आफ्नो पहिचानको रक्षा मात्र होइन स्वतन्त्रताको खोजी पनि गर्दछ । दिदीबहिनीको सामूहिक जमघट दुःख साट्ने परम्परा र आपसी सम्बन्धले तिज गीतलाई नारी जागरणको स्रोत बनाएको छ भन्ने मूल भाव लेखमा रहेको छ । यसरी तिज गीत मनोरञ्जनका लागि मात्र नभई आत्मपहिचान, प्रतिरोध र सामाजिक रुपान्तरणतर्फ उन्मुख, नारीचेतनाको महत्त्वपूर्ण सांस्कृतिक अभ्यासका रूपमा स्थापित भएका छन् भन्ने निष्कर्ष निकालिएको छ ।

[This article analyzes the female consciousness reflected in the Teej songs sung in the Bagmati region. Teej songs are a form of folk literature that express women’s personal emotions, pain, collective experiences, and social realities. The main objective of this study is to examine how women’s awareness has been represented in the Teej songs of the Bagmati region and to explore possible solutions to their fundamental problems. Field visits and library research have been conducted for the purpose of this study. To analyze the Teej songs, theoretical perspectives related to women’s existence and motherhood, social and cultural awareness, resistance to patriarchal domination, the pain of educational and economic oppression, the desire for an egalitarian society, and the search for independence have been applied.The analysis shows that Teej songs express women’s struggles such as broken relationships with their maternal homes after marriage, child marriage, domestic violence, labor exploitation, and deprivation of education and opportunities. These songs not only express grievances but also raise voices of protest against social inequality and patriarchal structures. They safeguard women’s identity while seeking freedom. The tradition of sisters gathering together during Teej to share their pain and emotions has made the Teej song a means of women’s awakening. Thus, it has been concluded that Teej songs have developed not merely as a form of entertainment but as an important cultural practice of female consciousness directed towards self-identification, resistance, and social transformation.]
