The International Research Journal of Management Science (IRJMS) is a management research journal published annually by the Nepal College of Management, Dhobighat, Lalitpur, Nepal. The aim of this publication is to extract the ideas, opinions and thoughts of academicians to the business sector in Nepal and provide a platform to the scholars for disseminating research works. Members of academia and practitioners are welcome to submit their empirical and theoretical work on issues of current management and business in the Nepalese context.
