Internet Banking Services and Customer Satisfaction in Nawalpur District

The aim of this study was to explore the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty in internet banking in the case of the Nawalpur district. The basis for this study was established in its dimensions: they include easy to use, efficiency, security, reliability, and responsiveness. The study also aimed to recognize the elements that influence quality of service along with the concept and importance of service quality in online banking in particular. The study was based on the quantitative research design and the participants in this study were the bank's customers using Internet services. The sample size for this study was maintained at 172 participants. To evaluate the phenomenon of the survey, a closed questionnaire of 5 points on a Likert scale was formulated. The results of this study indicated that there is a significant positive impact of service quality and customer satisfaction on the customer loyalty of Internet banking users in Nawalpur district. Therefore, the Nawalpur banking sector was advised to pay particular attention to all dimensions of the e-service quality and to customer satisfaction.

सङ्कथन भनेको वाक्यको निरन्तर प्रवाह हो । सम्बद्धक र सम्बद्धन यसका प्रकारहरू हुन् । सम्बद्धकका व्याकरणिक र कोशीय दुई प्रकार हुन्छन् । सम्बद्धनका विभिन्न युक्तिहरू छन् । यिनका आधारमा कथ्य तथा लेख्य पाठको प्रयोगपरक रूपमा विश्लेषण गर्ने प्रायोगिक भाषाविज्ञानको एउटा महत्त्वपूर्ण शाखालाई सङ्कथन विश्लेषण भनिन्छ । यसले साहित्य र साहित्येतर सङ्कथन पाठको सूक्ष्म विश्लेषण गर्दछ । यौटा विचारको यात्रापथ आयामेली कथाकार इन्द्रबहादुर राईद्वारा लिखित कथा हो । यसलाई त्रिभुवन विश्वविद्यालयको स्नातक तह द्वितीय वर्षको पाठ्यवस्तुका रूपमा समावेश गरिएको छ । सम्बद्धकका आधारमा उक्त कथाको विश्लेषण गर्नु यस लेखको मुख्य उद्देश्य रहेको छ । यसमा गुणात्मक अनुसन्धान विधिको उपयोग गरिएको छ । यसमा अग्रसन्दर्भक रहेको छ । प्रथम, द्वितीय तथा तृतीय तीववटै पुरुषवाचक सार्वनामिक पदको प्रयोग गरिएको छ । यसमा स्थानिक सम्बद्धक तेईसवटा, कालिक सम्बद्धक अठारवटा रहेका छन् । प्रतिस्थापन सम्बद्धकअन्तर्गत दशवटा, पुनरावृत्ति सम्बद्धकअन्तर्गत पाँचवटा शब्दहरू, संयोजन सम्बद्धकअन्तर्गत दशवटा शब्दहरू लोपसम्बद्धकअन्तर्गत तेह्र स्थानमा पद तथा पदावली र निपात सम्बद्धकअन्तर्गत ‘नै’ पद उपयोग भएका छन् । कोशीय सम्बद्धकअन्तर्गत पर्यायवाचीका रूपमा पाँच शब्दयुगल उपयोग भएका छन् । विपरीतार्थी सम्बद्धकअन्तर्गत एघार शब्दयुगल, अनेकार्थीसम्बद्धक अन्तर्गत तेह्रवटा शब्दहरू, समावेशी सम्बद्धकअन्तर्गत क्रमशः कालवाचक बाह्रवटा, स्थानवाचक एघारवटा, खाद्यसँग सम्बन्धित पाँच, आदर्श र दानसँग सम्बन्धित तीन तीनवटा शब्दहरू प्रयोग भएका छन् । श्रुतिसमभिन्नार्थी सम्बद्धकअन्तर्गत दुई शब्दयुगल र चारवटा एकल शब्दहरू प्रयोग भएका छन् । बाबु र आमा शब्दको धेरैपटक पुनरावृत्ति गरिए पनि तिनका स्थानमा कुनै शब्द प्रतिस्थापित गरिएको छैन । फेरीवाल शब्दको केही स्थानमा ऊ, उनीहरू, तिनीहरूद्वारा प्रतिस्थापन गरिए पनि फरक फरक अनुच्छेदमा र एउटै अनुच्छेदभित्र पनि उही शब्दको पुनरावृत्ति गरिएको छ । पुनरावृत्ति भएका ती पदहरूले अर्थबोध तथा संरचनागत समन्वितिमा अवरोध गर्नुभन्दा प्रभावकारिता थपेको छ । सम्बद्धक प्रयोगका दृष्टिले प्रस्तुत सङ्कथनपाठ सन्तुलित एवम् संसक्तियुक्त रहेको छ ।

Critical Discourse Analysis of Language on Facebook used in Birthday Wishes by Generation Z

The present study analyzes the language used in birthday wishes and how social power is legitimized by Generation Z. It examines the relationship between the language used in birthday wishes messages, events and practices, as well as social and cultural structure and relations to comprehend how power relations influence the ideological formation of the texts. The status notification of 10 Facebook friends belonging to Generation Z is chosen in the constant experimental sampling method. The analysis was conducted following Fairclough's Critical Discourse Analysis with the critical linguistic approach. The study shows that the language of birthday wishes on facebook is dominated by the function of the language as a medium of selfexpression and interaction. The use of informal language influences language proficiency, language variation of gender, and socio-culture practices are a common form of text production.

Training and its Impact on Employee Performance: A Study on Nepalese Local Level Government Offices' Employees

Training is an integral part of the human resource management function. The efficiency or performance of an employee can be enhanced by providing time-to-time training. The effort put from the side of an organization also brings the effectiveness of the training. Similarly, the number of trainings conducted and the content, as well as the duration of the training, has also the relation in impact on the performance of employees. The paper is also concerned with the impact of training on employees' performance among the local level government employees of Nepal. The paper has surveyed the 300 local level employees of three districts of Nepal, namely; Chitwan, Nawalpur, and Parasi. The study found that the local level governments' employees think that their performance is mainly influenced by off-the-job training and the effort done from the side of an organization while conducting a training program.

Cognitive Diversity in the Classroom: An Inquiry through Individual Difference in Cognition

The purpose of this study is to explore the cognitive diversity in the classroom especially focusing on individual differences in cognition through different perspectives.Cognitive diversity plays an influential to form a diverse team to perform tasks requiring creativity. Every learners' has a unique and distinctive way of concept formation, problem-solving techniques, and shared meaning because of their diversity in terms of personality, ethnicity, economic status, gender, the ability of comprehension, personal values, attitudes, information-dispensation style, and most significantly how much learners' rely on various aspects of multiple intelligence such as visual-spatial, linguistic-verbal, logical-mathematical, bodily-kinesthetic, musical, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalistic intelligence. Individuals vary in their cognitive performance because of their cognitive differences. This qualitative research employed descriptive methodology and documentary analysis along with using relevant secondary sources for the claim, supporting reasons, and finally to develop argumentation. The finding of this study shows that every learner has a unique and distinctive approach in terms of concept formation, problem-solving, information-dissemination, and shared meaning. Cognitive diversity plays a crucial role to enhance academic performance, work efficiency, and to conceptualize the diverse cognitive traits each student brings to the learning environment. However, some studies point out the drawbacks of cognitive diversity as it invites conflict, stress, misunderstanding, lack of collaboration, and gratitude among team members. It is recommended that educators should keep the
learners' different intelligence profiles into consideration and design the activities accordingly.

The Lifestyle of Hypertensive People and its Health Effects

Lifestyle changes have brought many problems in people like hypertension, hyperacidity, diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, cancer etc. Therefore, this study has been done to find out the effect of lifestyle on some people with high blood pressure in Kawasoti Nawalpur. This study was conducted using a convenient survey method and using an interview schedule. In this study, a sphygmomanometer and stethoscope were used to find out the blood pressure and a weighing machine and measuring tape were used to find out the body mass index (BMI) of the hypertensive people.A study of 320 people found that 108 people had high blood pressure. After analyzing the data, found that the analyzing main causes of hypertension in hypertensive people are; obesity (38.89%), alcohol consumption (55.56%), smoking (81.48%), more salt and junk food intake (74.07%), and living a sedentary lifestyle (35.19%) etc. The effects of hypertension on hypertensive people are; headache (82.40%), having trouble sleeping (50.92%), Dizziness (49.07%), shortness of breath (13.89%), epistaxis (8.33%), and feel palpitation (33.33%). They have tried to reduce hypertension by losing weight by doing many tasks like fasting once a week (68.51%), yoga or physical exercise (33.33%), reducing alcohol drinking and smoking habits (85.18%) etc. So, after finding out the main causes of hypertension, the researcher wants to suggest to hypertensive people to change their lifestyle including losing weight.

Individual Differences: An Asset for Learning and Teaching

The paper presents the individual differences of the learners in the learning and teaching process. The purpose of this paper is to explore how individual learners learn the language with differences. It is a theoretical article which explores learning styles and strategies the second language learners use while learning the language. The available relevant literature has been reviewed, analyzed and linked with life for learning. The paper concludes that student diversity is a natural phenomenon in student learning. Instead of taking it as problematic, it can be viewed as a valuable resource for promoting effective learning and teaching. It is expected that the relevant stakeholders should respect diversity to bring multiple knowledge, experiences and creativity in teaching and learning process.

Symbols in Chandra Shyam Dangol's Stone Sculptures

Chandra Shyam Dangol's stone sculptures have symbols that suggest the concepts of wisdom and enlightenment. The symbols are images that signify something else beyond themselves. The recurrent symbols in the sculptures are the figures of divinities, lotus, sword, mudras (gestures) of meditating characters and the image of Shivalinga. These mystical symbols suggest spiritual values. They make the viewers aware of the self and the external world and inspire the unity of these entities. Due to the mythical and spiritual subject matters, the works appear to be magical and mystical. The symbolic artworks enhance moral values and contribute to refine the civilization. 'Stone sculptures of Chandra Shyam Dangol', the area of this research, is explored from the symbolist perspective of Thomas Carlyle and Susanne K. Langer. Symbols suggest the silent aspects of reality. Symbols in Dangol's artworks suggest invisible spiritual dimensions of human experience. Since the paper derives the thesis statement through the interpretation of sculptures, and
there are the possibilities of multiple interpretations, this research is qualitative.
