Abstract

School culture and leadership are vital for student success. This study explores the dynamic interplay between School culture and leadership in educational institutions, emphasizing their collective impact on student achievement and well-being. Drawing on a comprehensive review of literature, the paper examines how effective leadership practices, rooted in shared values, emotional intelligence, and strategic vision, shape positive School cultures. Major findings highlight the role of Principals in fostering collaboration, innovation, and trust, while addressing challenges, such as maintaining inclusivity and adapting to change.

The study also identifies strategies for cultivating a supportive environment, including promoting open communication, integrating Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), and prioritizing safety and academic excellence. This paper explores how School culture and leadership connect, their impact on learning, and strategies for creating a supportive environment.
