The TUJ accepts original research and review articles across core and multidisciplinary fields. Submissions must be original, academically rigorous, and professionally relevant.

The manuscript should contribute to the theoretical and/or practical aspects of the areas mentioned above. While the journal accepts review papers, priority will be given to empirical and analytical research.

To ensure the academic value with clarity, the manuscript should follow the given format.  Each article should contain an introduction that briefly describes the research problem, objectives, importance, and contributions of the study. When necessary, researchers are advised to incorporate a theoretical framework to clarify the interrelationships among relevant variables or concepts.

The empirical research study should state all aspects of the research methodology, data collection and analysis processes, etc., with proper citations to the methodological literature.

Every submission is first subjected to editorial review. If a manuscript passes the basic criteria, it is anonymized and subjected to double-blind peer review.

As the journal maintains strict timelines for all steps in the publication process, the authors must submit the revised manuscripts by the provided deadlines. Late submission, at any stage of the review process, will NOT be considered for publication. Please submit by the deadline listed on the journal webpage.
