Access is a double-blind, peer-reviewed, open-access international journal published by Nepal Library Association, Kathmandu, Nepal. It aims to publish articles to disseminate information pertaining to Libraries, Library and Information Science, and Library professionalism.
Access is published annually.
Access uses a double-blind peer-review process, and only one reviewer is assigned to each paper. The process normally takes between 3-4 weeks. Depending on the comments and suggestions made by the peer reviewer, the Editor-in-Chief takes the final decision about whether or not an article will be accepted for publication.
Access is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License. This license lets others remix, adapt, and build on the articles for non-commercial use; however, their new works must also acknowledge the authors and remain non-commercial, and they don’t have to license derivative works under the same terms.
