Focus and Scope

An ENDEAVOUR: Journal of Academia and Research is published by Waling Multiple Campus, Waling-9, Syangja, Nepal. It is a multidisciplinary research journal publishing articles in Education, Nepali, English Literature, Economics, Health and Teaching Learning Activates.

Publication Frequency

An ENDEAVOUR is published biannually.

Open Access Policy

An ENDEAVOUR provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Peer Review Policy

  • First, the Research Management Cell (RMC) issues a call for articles within a three-month period.
  • Authors submit their research papers to journals through the RMC.
  • The Editorial Board reviews the submissions and decides whether to forward them to expert reviewers in the relevant field. Reviewers are given up to 15 days to complete the review.
  • Reviewers have access to the author’s name and institutional affiliation and evaluate the paper based on criteria such as quality, originality, and methodology.
  • Based on the review, reviewers provide feedback and make one of the following recommendations: Accepted, Revision Required or Rejected.
  • If the research paper is found to be free of major issues, it is recommended for acceptance; if it fails to meet quality standards, it is rejected; and if revisions are required, a recommendation for revision is provided.
  • The paper is then returned to the Editorial Board.
  • The Editorial Board allows the concerned author a period of 15 days to revise the manuscript.
  • After revision, the manuscript is forwarded again to the reviewers, and upon their approval, the Editorial Board makes the final decision regarding publication.
