Open Access Policy

Peer Review Policy
Type of Review: We follow a double-blind peer-review system to ensure impartiality and maintain the highest standards of academic integrity. In this system, the identities of both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the process.
Reviewer Selection: Each submission is reviewed by two reviewers. The reviewers are selected independently by the editorial board to maintain objectivity and diversity of opinion.
Review Process: Upon receiving a submission, the editorial board performs an initial quality and relevance check. After the manuscript passes this stage, it is sent to the two designated reviewers for evaluation. Reviewers are provided with a detailed evaluation framework to assess the quality, originality, methodology, and significance of the research.
Timeline: The peer-review process typically takes 4–6 weeks, though this may vary based on the complexity of the submission and the availability of reviewers.
Authors are kept informed of progress throughout the process.
Final Decision: Once both reviews are received, the editorial board synthesizes the feedback and recommendations. The final decision (acceptance, minor/major revisions, or rejection) is made by the editorial board, ensuring a balanced and fair evaluation based on the reviewers' input.
Revisions and Resubmissions: If revisions are requested, authors are given a specific timeline to address the reviewers' comments. Resubmitted manuscripts undergo a secondary review process, either by the original reviewers or new reviewers or Editorial board depending on the nature of the revisions.
