IFA especially encourages submissions that include authors from the realms of Foreign Affairs, Diplomacy, Political Economy, International Relations and Current Strategic Affairs, the primary disciplines of JoFA as well as submissions that include diverse groups of authors in terms of gender, race, location and stage of career progression.
The journal is published annually in January.
Journal of Foreign Affairs (JoFA) follows a double blind peer review process, where the identity of authors and reviewers won’t be revealed to each other. Generally, the review involves two to four subject experts.
