Journal of Research in Education (JoRE) is an academic journal of the Central Department of Education, Far Western University, Nepal. This journal is a vehicle of sharing ideas among teachers, trainers, researchers, policy makers, and practitioners of interdisciplinary subjects. It is a double blind peer reviewed journal committed to publishing articles/papers on researching, teaching, and learning of interdisciplinary (Education, Curriculum, Psychology, EPM, English, Nepali, Mathematics, Social science, Population, Economics, Health and physical Education, Science, Management, Economics, etc.) subjects.
JoRE is published annually.
Journal of Research in Education provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Articles in JoRE are published under a Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial 4.0 International Licence (CC BY-NC 4.0). This license enables reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format for noncommercial purposes only, and only so long as attribution is given to the creator.
The journal is double blind peer reviewed by the experts of the related field. The article is reviewed by the desk editors to check overall format based on the guidelines. The articles are coded by deleting the author identity before sending for the review. Reviewers are requested for the review, if they agree to review the manuscript then the coded manuscript is sent to the reviewer with the deadline for reviewing the paper along with review form and guidelines. After receiving the review report, the paper is sent to the author for the correction with the deadline. The right of rejection and acceptance depends on reviewer and also editorial board may decide it before sending it for the review. The paper is reviewed by the single reviewer but in case of special problems, the paper may be sent to other reviewers too.
JoRE does not charge any APCs.
This journal is published by the Department of Education, Far Western University, and the full expense is born by the department.
