Kirat Pragya किरात प्रज्ञा is a peer-reviewed, multidisciplinary journal published by Kirat Rai Academy. It has endeavoured and intends to create a platform for national and international researchers to get their research articles published. It encourages submissions from those who focus their research writings on language and linguistics, literatures, cultures, history, social sciences, and philosophy of the Kirat community. Additionally, there will be the effort to adapt and sustain their identity in a rapidly changing world. By focusing these areas, the journal aims to provide a platform for academic discourse and foster community empowerment.

Kirat Pragya provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Articles in the journal are published under a Creative Commons Attribution NonCommercial 4.0 International Licence (CC BY-NC). This license enables reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format for noncommercial purposes only, and only so long as attribution is given to the creator.
