The manuscripts will be reviewed for possible publication with the understanding that they are being submitted to NJC and have not been published, simultaneously submitted, or already accepted for publication elsewhere. The Editors review all submitted manuscripts initially. Manuscripts with insufficient originality, serious scientific and technical flaws, or lack of a significant message are rejected or if good article are written poorly then authors are requested to re-submit after the revision according to NJC format. Manuscripts are blindly reviewed. Manuscripts are then re-reviewed by the NJC editor based on the comments and a final decision is taken. The contributors will be informed about the reviewers' comments and acceptance/rejection of manuscript.
Articles accepted will be copy edited for grammar, punctuation, print style, and format. Page proofs will be sent to the corresponding author, and they must to be returned within three days. Non response to proof copies may delay the publication of the same article or it may even be rejected.
