The OCEM Journal of Management, Technology & Social Sciences is published by the Oxford College of Engineering & Management (affiliated to Pokhara University), Research Department, Gaindakot-2, Nawalpur, Nepal. The journal evaluates the research methods of each article for validity and accepts articles solely based on the research. Likewise, by not restricting papers to a narrow discipline OCEM journal facilitates the discovery of the connexions between papers whether within or between disciplines.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
