About the Journal
Focus and Scope
The journal OODBODHAN, published by the Tribhuvan University Teachers’ Association, Pashchimanchal Campus Unit, aims to disseminate contemporary issues in Science and Technology relevant to research and academia. This technical journal welcomes research articles and review papers in diverse fields of fundamental and advanced engineering.
The journal focuses on manuscripts related to completed projects, ongoing research, and multidisciplinary studies that integrate applied science and engineering. The major areas of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Civil, Geomatics, Architecture, and Agricultural Engineering
- Electrical and Power Engineering
- Electronics, Computer, Software, and Information Engineering
- Mechanical, Automobile, Aerospace, and Industrial Engineering
- Fundamental and Advanced Sciences
- Engineering Management, Policies, and Education

Open Access Policy
OODBODHAN provides immediate open access to its digital content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Articles in OODBODHAN are published under a Creative Commons Attrribution NonCommercial NoDerivatives 4.0 International Licence (CC BY-NC-ND). This license enables reusers to copy and distribute the material in any medium or format in unadapted form only, for noncommercial purposes only, and only so long as attribution is given to the creator.
Peer Review Policy
The journal OODBODHAN follows a double-blind peer-review system to ensure impartiality and academic integrity. Each manuscript is initially screened by the Editorial Board and then reviewed by two independent experts in the relevant field. Reviewers evaluate submissions based on originality, methodological rigor, clarity, and relevance to the journal's scope. The review process typically takes 3–4 weeks, with extensions granted if necessary. In cases of conflicting reviews, a third reviewer may be consulted. Final decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief, in consultation with the Editorial Board, based on reviewers’ recommendations. Authors receive feedback for revisions if needed, and revised manuscripts are re-evaluated before acceptance. The journal upholds strict ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and preventing conflicts of interest.
