SNPRC Journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
SNPRC Journal is a double-blind peer reviewed journal. Reviewers are provided with manuscripts without any information about the authors. Reviewers have full authority to recommend for acceptanc or rejection of manuscripts. The final decision of acceptance or rejection is taken by the Editorial Board with the recommendation of the reviewers.
