Focus and Scope

The main aim of The Nepalese Management Review is to explore and highlight the academic works of management scholars that may work as an input to the practical managers in identifying problems, formulating policies and gaining effectiveness and efficiency in the work performance. It also intends to provide a critical and creative brainstorm forum to the scholars of management and economics.

TNMR provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Peer Review Process

The journal is peer reviewed and this assures the maintenance of standard quality. Each article received must get through the reviews by at least one expert in the relevant area before that article is suitable for publication. However, the final authority to publish rests solely with the Editorial Board.
