Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.


Author Guidelines

  • Articles, Research Papers, and Book Reviews are welcome. Papers submitted to the Journal should be in English.
  • The submission of an article to this Journal assumes that the article has not been published and it is not submitted elsewhere for publication.
  • The length of the article should not exceed 6000 words excluding tables, annex, foot notes, end notes and references. the paper must be in 12 point font in Times New Roman, 1.5 spaced with one inch margin on all sides.
  • Manuscripts should be accompanied by an abstract (of about 150 words). Its structure should tightly follow that of the paper itself, concentrating on main findings and conclusions.
  • The author can submit the article either in a virus-free CD or by email at
  • Each submission should also include a brief note about the author(s), including the name and complete address of the institution where he/she belongs, his/her position in the institution, email, and the fax/telephone number.
  • The opinions expressed in the articles are those of the author(s) and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Executive Editor(s) or the publisher.
  • Articles are accepted on the understanding that they are subject to editorial changes and revisions.
  • Mathematical and other formulas and symbols should be clearly typed/written. Diagrams should be clearly drawn on separate page(s).
  • References of the paper and citation in the main text should be complete and accurate and need to be arranged according to the Anmerican Psycological Association (APA) Style. For example:

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. When available, the URLs to access references online are provided, including those for open access versions of the reference. The URLs are ready to click (e.g.,
  4. The text is 1.5 spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review) have been followed.
