Peer Review Process

The journal uses a double-blind peer-review process. The review process is managed by a member of the editorial board. The Editorial Board will check the manuscripts based on the author's guidelines and whether the submitted manuscript is appropriate for the journal or not.

The editorial board will assign the article to at least two reviewers corresponding to the expertise of the reviewers.  In this process, the reviewers need to categorically state whether a paper is rejected, needs major/minor corrections for acceptance, or is accepted without any need for correction.

Reviewed papers are sent to the authors to incorporate all comments and suggestions given by the reviewers. Once the author submits the corrected paper addressing the reviewers’ comments, it will be sent to the corresponding reviewers again to decide whether the manuscript has the potential for acceptance.

Authors should incorporate all questions or should defend (clarify) reviewers’ comments. However, the final decision to accept the paper for publication is taken by the editorial board. If an editorial board member is also an author, s/he will not be involved in the decision-making process for the manuscript or in choosing peer reviewers. The duration and choice of peer reviewers will determine how long the review process takes in total.
