Abstract

This study aims to examine teachers' experiences and perceptions of access to ICT resources and materials, and their impact on their teaching methods. Using a basic qualitative study design, in-depth interviews were conducted with seven purposively selected economics teachers, and data were analyzed thematically. Findings reveal significant disparities in access to ICT resources, with some teachers facing challenges due to outdated equipment and poor internet connectivity, while others benefited from improved ICT integration. Teachers at Tribhuvan University are motivated to incorporate ICT into their teaching practices, but the availability of resources remains a significant barrier. These disparities highlight the need for targeted policy interventions to ensure equitable access to resources and enhance ICT integration across all departments, improving both teaching effectiveness and student engagement.
