Abstract

शिक्षण पेसामा प्रवेशका लागि शिक्षण अभ्यास पूर्वशर्तका रूपमा रहने एक व्यावहारिक अभ्यास हो । शिक्षण सिप विकासका लागि पूर्वशर्तका रूपमा रहने शिक्षण अभ्यासले आर्जित सैद्धान्तिक ज्ञानलाई व्यवहारमा उतार्न तथा शिक्षणप्रति सकारात्मक धारणाको विकासका साथै धेरै व्यावहारिक सिप विकास गर्छ भन्ने मान्यता रहेको हुन्छ । प्रस्तुत लेख अभ्यास शिक्षणको प्रभावकारिता र सिकाइ तथा पेसागत विकासमा पारेको प्रभावका सम्बन्धमा सहभागी छात्र शिक्षकको दृष्टिकोण र अनुभवको अन्वेषण गर्ने उद्देश्यमा केन्द्रित छ । यसमा परिमाणात्मक अनुसन्धानअन्तर्गतको खण्डात्मक स्वरूपको वर्णनात्मक सर्भेक्षण विधिको प्रयोग गरिएको छ जसमा सर्भेक्षण प्रश्नावलीको माध्यमबाट सहभागीको अनुभव र दृष्टिकोण सङ्कलन गरिएको छ । विभिन्न थिमगत आधारमा प्राप्त नतिजालाई विश्लेषण गरी पूर्वअध्ययनको निष्कर्षसमेतका आधारमा विश्लेषण गर्दै निष्कर्ष निकालिएको छ । यस अध्ययनबाट शिक्षण अभ्यास छात्र शिक्षकलाई पेसागत र संस्थागत सामाजिकीकरण, व्यवाहारिक ज्ञान र सिकाइ, समाजिक र संवेगात्मक पक्षको व्यवस्थापन गर्न सघाउ पुगेको निष्कर्ष प्राप्त भएको छ । यसका साथै स्रोतसाधन र सुपरिवेक्षणका दृष्टिले अभ्यास शिक्षण प्रभावकारी रहेको साथै शिक्षण पेसाप्रतिको दृष्टिकोणलाई सकारात्मक बनाउन पनि निकै सहयोगी सिद्ध भएको छ । भाषा शिक्षणका दृष्टिले पनि शिक्षणलाई सिपमूलक र कार्यमूलक स्वरूप दिई व्यावहारिकता प्रदान गर्न शिक्षण अभ्यास निकै प्रभावकारी रहेको निकर्ष निस्केको छ । शिक्षण अभ्यासको अवस्था, यसले सिकाइमा पारेको प्रभाव, विद्यमान कठिनाइ जस्ता पक्षमा विविध दृष्टिले अध्ययन गरी अध्ययनबाट प्राप्त निष्कर्षका आधारमा यसलाई थप प्रभावकारी बनाउन सकेमा यसले समग्र शिक्षण सिकाइमा सकारात्मक प्रभाव पार्न सक्छ ।

Teaching practice is a real-life practice of teaching that is a prerequisite for access to the teaching profession. Teaching practice, which is a prerequisite for developing teaching skills, is believed to develop many practical skills along with putting acquired theoretical knowledge into practice and developing a positive attitude towards teaching. The present article focuses on the objective of exploring the views and experiences of the participating student teachers regarding the effectiveness of teaching practice and its impact on learning and professional development. In this, a descriptive survey method of a cross-sectional nature under quantitative research has been used, in which the experiences and views of the participants have been collected through a survey questionnaire. The results obtained on various thematic bases have been analyzed and conclusions have been drawn on the basis of  the findings of the previous studies. This study has concluded that teaching practice has helped student teachers in professional and institutional socialization, practical knowledge and learning, and management of social and emotional aspects. In addition, teaching practice has proven to be effective in terms of resources and supervision, and has also as a very helpful practice for making the practitioners’ attitude towards the teaching profession positive. From the perspective of language teaching, it has been concluded that teaching practice is very effective in providing practicality by giving it a skill-based and action-oriented form. Based on the findings obtained from the study on the state of teaching practice and the existing difficulties, and its impact on teaching and learning, it can be concluded that it can have a positive impact on overall teaching and learning.
