This study is an attempt to explore how the CPC has ruled the one country-two systems model. The finding provides that the party has a strongly centralised political structure and strongman leadership. Firstly, the party has emphasised potential constitutional change and a restored grip on power under Xi Jinping. Secondly, the party and Chinese society have adopted a new doctrine of Xi Jinping Thought in the framework of Chinese Characteristics. Third, it studied the organisational structure and party discipline of the CPC. Within the discussion, it also interprets the party issues, agenda and raft of challenges. The paper uses a qualitative approach based on secondary sources to review these elements, highlighting the party's growth to over one hundred and twenty-seven million members, its hierarchical structure, and anti-corruption efforts. It concludes that the party has consolidated power through centralisation, modernisation, and strict discipline, positioning China as a global leader. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis.
