Nexus: Journal of Interdisciplinary Engineering, Technology and Management (JIETM) aims to provide a platform for disseminating knowledge across diverse domains of engineering, technology, and management, promoting interdisciplinary research and innovation.

JIETM provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Articles in JIETM are published under a Creative Commons Attribution NonCommercial 4.0 International Licence. This license enables reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format for noncommercial purposes only, and only so long as attribution is given to the creator.
All published materials shall also be protected in accordance with the prevailing copyright laws of Nepal, particularly the Copyright Act, 2059 (2002). Authors shall retain moral rights over their work, while the journal shall ensure that reproduction, reuse, citation, archiving, and distribution of published content comply with both the applicable Creative Commons license and the copyright provisions enforced under the laws of Nepal.
Peer Review Policy
The journal follows a double-blind peer-review process in which each submitted manuscript is evaluated by two independent reviewers with relevant subject-matter expertise. The identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential to ensure impartiality. The standard review period is approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on reviewer availability and manuscript complexity. Final publication decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief in consultation with the Editorial Board, based on reviewers’ recommendations regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection.
